Tina leads day-to-day management for our portfolio — and behind her is the full bench of Keane Enterprises: developers, construction managers, brokers, and financial professionals with decades of Northern Virginia experience. Whatever question an owner brings, someone in this office has answered it before.
Property Manager
Tina has spent more than 20 years managing commercial and association properties in Loudoun County — which means she's not learning Northern Virginia on your property, she already knows it. Her experience spans office condominium buildings, master community associations, retail centers, and restaurant properties, and she brings the same steady, detail-oriented approach to each. When an issue arises, Tina isn't working in isolation: she draws on the full resources of the Keane Enterprises team — development, construction, brokerage, and finance — to make sure owners get a complete answer, not just a property management one. She holds a Common Interest Community Manager license with the Commonwealth of Virginia.
